Part of healing a community is to bring people together, share stories, learn from our struggles and our successes. We understand that each person is infinitely valuable, and therefore we approach their story with respect. It is not within our power to fix anybody, but what lies in our power is to treat everyone with dignity, compassion and empower them to live a meaningful and inspiring life.
Our connection goes beyond breaking the barriers of isolation and helping us thrive. It offers a deep understanding that our choices have ramifications in the wider community for better or worse. What I say, think or do will always affect the people around me.
Our peer support groups will offer sessions for most ages and a variety of topics pertinent to the unique challenges of life.
Every group is moderated by a marriage and family therapist, so the space stays respectful, empathetic and free of judgement. Groups are forming now — get in touch and we'll tell you when the next one starts.

Parenting Group

This group is designed specifically to meet that lack — connecting parents and caregivers with similar experiences, learning through each others' experiences and through expert advice. Come feel seen, supported, and encouraged in your parenting journey.
Know Yourself
15–18 year olds · groups of 6–8A group for teenagers to explore their story, find connection and encouragement, and learn and grow alongside others. How often do we get a chance to tell our story to more than one person at a time? When a story is told to a group, something more powerful happens: we receive insight and feedback that is varied, sometimes conflicting, and always interesting. Knowing ourselves means being able to handle multiple perspectives — which is difficult when we are stuck in our own heads.
